The packaging on the bike is safe. All important parts are protected with plastic. The delivery was 10 days, but only because I ordered during national holidays. If you order on Monday, most probably the bike will come on Friday. Very nice delivery.
DPD, the delivery company that delivered the bike to me, gave the bike to my friend, not to me, without asking for my ID or any other proof of identity. Not safe delivery company, be aware of that. I suggest you to stay at home and wait for your parcel, because the delivery guy could easily give it to anyone else.
In the end, its a very nice bike. The seller always replies to email, and if you have a problem, he sends a video how to help. If you don’t know how to assemble the bike, he will send an instructional video. Super!

After a test run my bike would rattle loudly. After taking it to a bike shop to get it evaluated it was determined that a few of the spokes were loose. Also the wheels true. This solved my original problem.

This is our first E bike. Very happy with it for the cost. These are options we like best.Good enough power. It gets me through hills I can do on my Mongoose. I only use the electric for harder hills. It shifts really smooth and really don need the electric on flat spots. Works very well as just a 7 speed mountain bike.

Very fast delivery and arrived well packed . This is a very large bike even when folded but still fits in car with seats folded . Looks well built and very sturdy ,had first run out on it today and amazing the power that can assist for those daunting hills. I have a 1 in 4 hill at my house and the bike on speed assist 5 got me up it . The seller was very helpful and emailed you tube videos on how to assemble it which was straight forward enough. I liked the bike and service so much I ordered the Sheng milo MX20 from the seller for my wife. As I said the MX01 is a very large bike. As for spares if bike needs any I can not say how good spares back up is. But first impressions it is a great bike.

The bike looks perfect (remains to be tested on the road), ease of assembly, perfect packaging. Very big bike so if you do less than 1,70m it may be a problem to put the foot on the ground. The only small negative was the deadline of livrison (ordered on February 4 and received on February 27) of 23 days while it was announced in 1 week but hey it was worth it.
